Specializing in multilingual learner strategies, I provide coaching and professional development that empowers educators with clear, practical strategies to ensure that all children can thrive.
With nearly 20 years of experience in NYC schools, I offer evidence-based strategies, tailored to meet the diverse needs of schools and their students.

Philosophy
My work is about energy, clarity, and partnership. I believe great learning starts when people feel seen and believed in. I think of my role as bringing a spark—turning confusion into "aha!" moments, and uncertainty into confidence.
There's nothing I enjoy more than figuring things out alongside school teams, especially when it comes to supporting students who are learning English. My focus is on giving educators practical, useful ideas they can try right away—so every student gets the chance to shine, no matter what language they’re still mastering.
